Suit Yourself™ International's GUIDE TO LOVE

Don't give lip service to Love! There's always room for more Love; there are endless kinds, each appearance is unique, and there's always an element of surprise.

 INTRODUCTION

Most of us give "lip service" to Love; we're too busy, "past the age", already taken, in the throws, resigned, "too old"     or some similar nonsense.    However much we may eschew Love, there is always more room in our lives for more Love.

Love is much like gravity;      it surrounds us,      at least here on Planet Earth,     and many of us forget how much Love and gratitude go hand in hand.

You may or may not know that there are endless kinds of Love,    and that every time you experience Love,   it will be different.    It manifests differently each time. It may or may not feel familiar, there is always an element of surprise, and you shouldn't ever take it for granted.    Sometimes you'll recognize it immediately.    Sometimes you'll grow into it.   Sometimes it takes years to develop.    Sometimes you learn something new about yourself, and then you see it.   Among other things, Love is a Teacher patiently waiting for you.

For those of you who are science minded,   understand that there are also relativistic effects, so what you see is not always what you get.  This is true for all the elements to some extent, primarily Gold (Au, 79),    and silver (Ag,47).   Relativistic effects are more obvious with optical polarization,    Distance, and perspective,   angles and context, matter.    Love is very much chemistry, and in chemistry, actions, reactions, and interactions often don't complete as expected.     Alloys make a difference every time, and bronze, brass,     and Circus families demonstrate this.     You can acclimate to colors that seem to clash at first.       You can get used to anything,     yet some rhythms and sounds will always seem harsh.

There is much more to Love than just choosing between    coming,     going,    or enduring.    Love's three magic phrases are Please, Thank-you, and I'm Sorry.      It's always a good idea to have as many sources for Love in your life as you can.    Again, each time Love manifests, each time you experience it,    it will be different,    and it will change you    in different ways.    The chemistry is unique, and so is the result.

Love experiences do share some common traits     and there's a continuum of states you can use    to recognize and track what's going on.
